Location: Midvale, Perth WA | Full-time | Onsite

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Sales team and help drive continued growth across SWD.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be responsible for sales performance, team development, customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead and support the Sales team to achieve agreed targets.
• Develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
• Manage the sales pipeline, forecasting and performance reporting.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and accounts.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Coach and develop team members to improve sales performance.
• Work closely with Marketing and other departments to support business growth.

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in a Sales Manager or similar leadership role.
• Proven experience achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent customer relationship and business development skills.
• Commercially minded and results focused.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• A hands-on approach and ability to take ownership.
