Essential Skills:

  • A deep passion for great customer service and administration to interact with a wide range of customers in a timely manner: Trade and wholesale, over the phone and email
  • High organizational skills to process, track and report on a high volume of sales orders accurately and to KPIs

Key Responsibilities for this role:

  • Assisting customers with phone and email enquiries in an efficient and professional manner
  • Providing product information, support & solutions to customers (training will be provided)
  • Developing customer relationships
  • Processing Sales orders in Shopify
  • Provide customer feedback to management to help improve the business products and services
  • Processing invoices when required
  • Collaborating with internal departments to resolve issues efficiently
  • Liaise with National 3PL warehouses to address customer collection or delivery issues

SALARY: Base negotiable based on experience + monthly bonus
