We’re currently seeking a Building Certifier Level 1 or Level 3 QBCC licence to join our team in South East Queensland. This role can either be based in either our Hendra or Caboolture offices.

About the Role

• Assessments on residential building approvals (Level 3 licence) or on Class 2-9 projects (Level 1 licence)
• Liaise with builders, designers, and clients
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism in service delivery
• Support the broader team with compliance and documentation as required

What We’re Looking For

You must:

• Hold a current Queensland Building Certifier licence

You’ll also need:

• Demonstrated knowledge or experience in residential building approvals
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service
• The ability to work independently with support from a central team
