About The Role 

This role exists due to a need to expand the team; you’ll be joining a well established team of QA’s who are experts in our products.

A typical day may include any or all of the following:

  • Review requirements and functional design documentation, providing feedback and accurate time estimates.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute Quality Assurance Test Plans to ensure full coverage of requirements and designs.
  • Identify, investigate, and document system defects and variances, ensuring issues are clearly logged, retested, and resolved.
  • Perform exploratory and functional testing beyond formal test plans, with all outcomes captured in the issue management system.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of testing processes and results.
  • Share product knowledge and collaborate closely with developers and team members.
  • Continuously build knowledge across technology, ERP solutions, and target industries.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in ERP systems and quality assurance.

About You 

Essential Experience

  • A background in finance or project accounting with a strong understanding of financial processes and project management principles.
  • Experience testing or validating business systems or complex workflows.
  • Confidence working with structured requirements and specifications.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

 Highly regarded

  • Experience with manual QA testing or issue tracking tools.
  • Exposure to ERP systems.  
  • Understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC).
  • Microsoft SQL Server / basic SQL querying.
  • Automated testing or Agile environments.
  • ISTQB / ISEB certification (or willingness to work towards).
