Residential Youth Worker – Casual & Permanent Part-Time
South East & South West Regions
Praxis Solutions is expanding our team and looking for passionate Therapeutic Youth Support Workers to join our residential programs.
About the Role
As a Youth Worker, you will provide day-to-day care, supervision and support to children and young people, build positive relationships, support routines and activities, and contribute to a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment.
Permanent Part-Time Rosters
Youth Worker – Roster Lines B, C & D
- 48 or 56 hours per fortnight
- 4–5 sleepovers per fortnight
- No back-to-back sleepovers
- 3 consecutive days off
- Every second weekend off
- 1 double shift per fortnight
Our structured roster model provides greater consistency and stability for staff and young people, while supporting community access, activities and individual needs.

- Committed to trauma-informed and therapeutic practice
- Able to build positive and professional relationships
Essential Requirements
- Paid Working with Children Check
- Current National Crime Check
- Current Driver’s Licence (Green P or higher)
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Relevant qualifications and licensing requirements
