Registered Nurse – Hospital in the Home (CASUAL POOL)

Lumia Care (formerly Pop-Up Health) is growing our Hospital in the Home (HITH) team and we are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to deliver acute clinical care to patients in the community.

About You

You’re an experienced Registered Nurse who enjoys autonomy, flexibility, and delivering high-quality patient care in the community. You’ll be comfortable working independently while remaining connected to a supportive clinical team environment.

This role is ideal for nurses looking to pick up 2–3 shifts per week, with shorter shifts available and the flexibility to start and finish your day from home.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Acute clinical experience highly regarded
  • Demonstrated cannulation competency (essential)
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates
  • Manual Handling Certificate
  • Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
  • A South Australian Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance (or willingness and eligibility to obtain)
  • NDIS Worker Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
  • If successful, willing and able to provide evidence of up-to-date vaccinations and serology report

About the Role

As part of the HITH team, you will provide acute and post-acute nursing care to patients in their homes, supporting positive clinical outcomes while helping patients remain comfortable in their own environment.

This role will see you managing a varied clinical caseload across the community while working closely with an experienced multidisciplinary team.
