About the Role
In this role, you will support the delivery of internal education programs while also overseeing and supporting nursing students during clinical placements.
You’ll work closely with staff, students and universities to ensure a positive learning experience and strong clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver education and training to employees across the organisation
- Facilitate onboarding and mandatory training programs
- Supervise, mentor and support nursing students on placement
- Provide clinical guidance, coaching and constructive feedback
- Support competency development and ongoing staff capability
- Liaise professionally with universities, students, staff and stakeholders
- Assist in maintaining education compliance and training records
About You
You are a passionate and approachable nurse who enjoys supporting others to grow and succeed. You bring strong communication skills, professionalism and a genuine interest in education and mentorship.
To Be Successful You Will Have
- Bachelor of Nursing
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (essential)
- Experience in education, mentoring, facilitation or clinical supervision
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- National Police Clearance, Working With Children Check & NDIS Clearance
- Current First Aid, CPR and Manual Handling
- Evidence of mandatory vaccinations including COVID-19 and Influenza
