The Opportunity

As one of the first points of contact for our members and supporters, in this casual role, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and helping fans connect with the club.

Whether you’re assisting with memberships, answering ticketing enquiries, supporting campaigns, or helping a passionate supporter find the right membership package, you’ll be making a direct impact on the fan experience as we build the Bears community.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and digital channels.
  • Assist with membership sales, renewals, upgrades, and account enquiries.
  • Support fans with ticketing, digital memberships, and online account access.
  • Process membership transactions and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Contribute to member acquisition and retention campaigns.
  • Assist with match-day and event-related customer service activities.
  • Help create positive experiences that turn fans into lifelong member

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, administration, call centre, or contact centre environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for helping people.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Confidence using technology and learning new systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience within memberships, ticketing, sport, entertainment, or events (desirable).
  • Experience using CRM, membership, or ticketing platforms (desirable).
  • Knowledge of rugby league or sporting membership programs (desirable).
