Accounts And Payroll Officer

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts and Payroll Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports
• Process payroll for employees, including calculating hours worked, deductions, and taxes
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws
• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial reports as needed
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis
• Provide support to the finance team as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
