We pride ourselves on delivering culturally responsive, person-centred therapy to clients from a broad range of multicultural backgrounds in the community settings.

We are currently seeking experienced Speech Pathologists to join our team as a contractor.

About the Role

As a Contractor Speech Pathologist with InOne, you will provide assessment and intervention services to aged care residents and community participants across Sydney area. You will have the opportunity to work in the community/home visit, and tailor your caseload to your skills, interests, and availability.

Responsibilities

Your day-to-day will include:

• Comprehensive speech, language, swallowing and communication assessments for aged care and NDIS participants
• Evidence-based intervention planning and delivery
• Working with clients from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) background
• Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team across OT, physio, dietetics and podiatry
• Reporting and documentation supported by our admin team 

About You

• Current registration as a Speech Pathology Australia Membership (SPA)
• ABN holder (or willing to register one)
• Minimum 1-2 years of post-graduate clinical experience preferred
• Experience working in the community settings highly regarded
• Confident working with clients from multicultural backgrounds
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transport and a current Victorian driver’s licence
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
