Summary:

As a Recruitment Manager at our Essendon Fields location, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce by leading the recruitment strategy and processes. This position is essential for ensuring that we attract and retain top talent, aligning with our organisational goals and values. You will collaborate closely with various departments to understand their hiring needs and implement effective recruitment solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Utilise various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
  • Conduct training sessions for hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions.
