Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy services in clients’ homes and community settings
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalised rehabilitation programs
  • Focus on falls prevention, mobility, pain management & strength training
  • Manage your own caseload with flexibility and autonomy
  • Collaborate with clients, families, carers, and other health professionals
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports

About You

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
  • Experience in community, mobile, or aged care physiotherapy (highly regarded)
  • Strong clinical reasoning and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Passionate about person-centred care
  • Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally
  • NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check & WWCC (or willing to obtain)
