We are seeking experienced Dozer, Grader & Excavator Operators to join our team working across civil construction and mining projects throughout Western Australia.

We’re looking for confident and capable operators who take pride in their work, work well within a team and can safely deliver work to a high standard.

About the Role

You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of Dozers, Graders and Excavators, completing earthworks accurately to design.

Previous GPS experience is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete detailed earthworks, trimming, grading and excavation to required specifications
• Conduct daily pre-start inspections and machine checks
• Read and interpret plans, designs and site instructions
• Maintain a high standard of accuracy and finish
• Identify and report equipment defects or maintenance requirements
• Follow directions from supervisors and work effectively within the wider crew
• Maintain compliance with all client and company safety requirements

About You

• Proven experience operating Dozers, Graders and Excavators
• Confident using GPS and working to design
• Current relevant plant tickets and VOCs
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence & White Card
• Strong commitment to safety
• Able to follow direction and communicate effectively
• Works well within a team environment
• Takes pride in their machine and quality of work
• Willing to operate different plant and assist where required
• Available for FIFO 2:1 roster
• HR License highly regarded
