Description

We’re seeking an experienced and safety-focused Skilled Dozer Operator to join our growing team, working across major civil construction and mining projects throughout Western Australia.

We’re looking for a capable operator who is highly skilled on a dozer, competent to jump into a grader when required, and confident working with GPS systems, following designs and working accurately to levels and specifications.

About the Role

As a Skilled Dozer Operator, you’ll play a key role in the safe and efficient delivery of our projects. on a 2:1 DIDO roster located in Greenbushes WA.

Based in the Perth metro area? PCH Civil provides bus transport to and from site every Tuesday, departing from two designated Perth pick-up and drop-off locations. Bus travel is required for Perth-based employees.

You’ll be confident working to GPS designs and willing to jump on a grader or other equipment when required to support the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate Dozers safely and efficiently across civil and mining projects
  • Work accurately to GPS designs, levels and site specifications
  • Communicate effectively with truck operators using positive communications to maintain safe operations
  • Conduct and maintain daily pre-start inspections and plant checks
  • Identify and report equipment defects or maintenance requirements
  • Work closely with supervisors, surveyors and site crews
  • Maintain compliance with all client and company safety requirements
  • Competently operate a Grader and assist on other mobile plant when required
