Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and organised Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team in the Advertising & PR industry in Adelaide. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to kick-start their career in a fast-paced environment, providing essential support to our executives and contributing to the smooth operation of our office. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing productivity and ensuring effective communication within the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organise the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations using company templates.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events and projects
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure all documents are up to date and easily accessible
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to routine inquiries and directing complex issues to the appropriate personnel.
  • Conduct research and compile information to support various projects
  • Assist with travel arrangements and itineraries for the executive team
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the office operations

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business administration or a related field is an advantage
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not essential
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
