- Manage and maintain the schedule of the senior accountant, including appointments and meetings.

- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations using standard accounting templates.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, to ensure easy access to information.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for business trips.
- Support the team with administrative tasks, including data entry and record keeping.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Certificate IV in Business Administration or a related field is advantageous.
