Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site diagnostics and repairs of plant machinery and vehicles.
- Perform routine maintenance and servicing to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the training of junior staff and apprentices.
Qualifications:
- Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Field Service Mechanic or Auto Electrician.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in plant machinery and vehicles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attedfadsntion to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to various job sites.
