About the Role

Vista’Mare is seeking passionate and motivated Breakfast Chefs to join the opening team of our exciting new all-day dining destination at Crown Sydney.

Launching in July 2026 as part of Maestro Hospitality’s acclaimed Italian dining precinct, Vista’Mare will bring together specialty coffee, Italian-inspired breakfast, casual daytime dining, aperitivo culture, premium wines, and exceptional harbour views in a vibrant and welcoming setting.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing hospitality group and be part of an opening team from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing

Preparing and cooking breakfast and brunch dishes to the highest standards

Assisting with mise en place and daily kitchen preparation

Maintaining consistency, quality, and presentation across all menu items

Supporting smooth kitchen operations during busy breakfast and lunch services

Following food safety, hygiene, and WHS procedures

Working collaboratively with chefs, kitchen hands, and front of house teams

Contributing ideas and enthusiasm to a positive team culture

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef, Commis Chef, Chef de Partie, or similar role

Full working rights in Australia

Experience working with Italian cuisine or Mediterranean-inspired menus highly regarded

Strong understanding of breakfast service and all-day dining operations

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Reliable, professional, and passionate about hospitality

Availability to work mornings, weekends, and public holidays as required
