About the Role
As a Room Leader, you will lead your room with care and confidence. You will
create a safe, warm and fun learning space for children and work closely with
your team and families every day.
What Makes You a Great
Fit
ECT , Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or
Certificate III with at least 3 years’ experience
Love
working with children and supporting their learning
Kind,
patient and caring nature

communication and teamwork skills
