Teach Differently
Some young people need school to work differently.
At Parkerville Grove School (PGS), we believe every young person deserves the opportunity to thrive. As Western Australia’s first CARE school, we bring together quality education, strong relationships and healing-centred practice to help young people reconnect with learning.
We’re looking for passionate secondary-trained teachers, as well as selected primary-trained teachers, who are ready to think creatively, build meaningful relationships and adapt their approach to meet students’ individual needs.
You don’t need to be a therapeutic education expert. You’ll be supported by our Principal, Head of Therapeutic Practice and wider Parkerville network to develop your skills and make a real difference.
We’re also recruiting for teaching positions and establishing a casual relief teaching pool.
If you’re a reflective, flexible and collaborative educator who wants to do things differently, we’d love to hear from you.
Teach differently. Make a difference. Apply today!
Apply with your resume and cover letter by 2 October 2026. We’ll be reviewing applications as they arrive, so don’t wait to apply!
We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and strongly encourage Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to apply. All appointments are subject to relevant screening checks, including relevant registration and qualifications.
It is essential that all applicants meet the above criteria and are permitted to work and remain in Australia with no limitations.
