Join Parkerville Children and Youth Care as our Fundraising & Partnerships professional and help build the corporate, community and philanthropic partnerships that support better outcomes for children, young people and families.

This is a full time, permanent role based in Burswood with ad hoc travel across sites required.

What you’ll do

• Build and manage corporate, community and philanthropic partnerships
• Identify and develop new fundraising and income opportunities
• Create compelling proposals, pitches and donor experiences
• Manage prospect pipelines and supporter stewardship
• Coordinate corporate volunteering opportunities
• Represent Parkerville at events and with external stakeholders
• Maintain CRM records and report on fundraising performance

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years’ experience in fundraising, philanthropy, partnerships or relationship management
• Proven experience achieving fundraising or income targets
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Strong organisation and pipeline management skills
• Experience using a fundraising CRM such as Clarety or Salesforce
• A genuine passion for creating positive social impact
