A little about you
YOU LOVE COFFEE! You’re the person who sees content and storytelling opportunities everywhere.
You walk into a busy cafe and instantly spot three Reels, two customer stories, and a TikTok idea.
You’re equally comfortable behind the camera, in front of it when needed, editing content on the fly, writing captions that actually sound human (yep, calling out the AI slop). You know AI is a powerful tool that can be harnessed and used to great effect.
You love storytelling. You understand trends but know not everyone is worth chasing. You’re creative, curious, organised, and always thinking about how to turn real moments into engaging content.
Most importantly, you get excited about helping a purpose-led brand tell meaningful stories and did we mention, you MUST LOVE COFFEE!

About the Role
We’re looking for a Social Storyteller to create, capture, and share content across our digital channels.
This isn’t a desk-bound social media role.

You’ll own the day-to-day social storytelling of the brand, helping bring P&R work closer to it’s community.
Because we’re big on transparency, lets cover off the numbers because it’s important to you. This is a contract role to begin with. An hourly rate ranges from $35-$45 per hour, depending on your skills and experience. We’ll land on the right number once we’ve had a chat and seen what you can do.
For the right applicant we plan on this role evolving to become and permanent member of the Team with career growth and opportunities to match.
