PART-TIME ROLE 

Part-time position with an 8:00 AM start.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• At least 6 months of supervisory experience in hotel housekeeping in Australia
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team
• A sharp eye for detail and high cleaning and presentation standards
• The ability to manage workloads, allocate rooms and meet daily targets
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• A positive, professional and reliable approach
• Availability for an 8:00 AM start
• The right to work in Australia (Australian Citizens, Permanent Residents and Student Visa Holders are encouraged to apply)

YOUR ROLE 

You’ll be responsible for:

• Supervising and supporting Room Attendants and Housekeepers during your shift
• Allocating rooms and daily tasks to the team
• Inspecting rooms to ensure they meet quality and cleanliness standards
• Providing on-the-job training and feedback to team members
• Coordinating with Front Office and Maintenance on room status and issues
• Monitoring linen, supplies and equipment, and restocking as needed
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety and hygiene procedures
• Helping deliver a clean, comfortable and welcoming experience for every guest
