We are a diverse and inclusive NDIS Registered Provider, actively seeking passionate and dedicated Support Workers across the Central Coast. Right now, we have specific opportunities for both male and female Direct Support Workers who are comfortable and experienced in delivering a wide range of services, including potentially assisting clients with higher needs and mobility challenges. We provide services to participants 24/7 and have shifts on offer to suit every time of the day or week, meaning you can pick the hours that suit your lifestyle!
We have services across the entirety of the Central Coast regions and surrounds, with a high demand for support staff in the Gosford region.
Make a Difference in Someone’s Life
By joining Outlook Australia, you will be providing one-on-one support to individuals with disabilities or aging clients, assisting them with their daily needs to help them remain independently in their own homes where they feel most comfortable.
Your role may include:
- Accompanying customers to appointments, events and activities
- Providing social supports, such as lunch outings, walks or coffee catch ups, etc
- Aiding in Meal Preparation
- Assisting with domestic household tasks
For those with formal qualifications, your responsibilities may extend to:
- Personal care
- Medication prompting/administration
- Manual handling

Competitive Pay: Our Support Workers earn approximately $30/hour. Base rates start at $27.88 p/hour, with additional allowances for first aid and mobile phone usage. Public holiday rates exceed $65/hour! You can also further increase your take home pay by utilising our salary packaging options.

What We Are Looking For
- If you hold any of the following qualifications, you could start immediately: Certificate III or higher in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability, or Individual Support, Assistant in Nursing (AIN) qualification
- Current First Aid Certification (renewable every three years)
- CPR Certification (renewable annually)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (valid for five years)
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence/ NSW Driver’s Licence
- Compliance with industry vaccination mandates as defined by the NDIS, NSW Health, and the Ministry of Health and Aged Care
- Understanding of privacy and confidentiality in customer care
- Knowledge of safe manual handling practices
