Picture yourself not just selling, but living the dream—helping customers transform their vehicles into adventure-ready rigs while living your passion every day.

As our Adventure Ambassador & Sales Dynamo, you’ll be the guide, guru, and gear-head all rolled into one. From outfitting vehicles for epic journeys to igniting the spark of adventure in every customer – you’ll be at the forefront of the action. But that’s not all—get ready for the ultimate perk: we close shop on the Saturday of every long weekend, so you can hit the trails and recharge your spirit. Plus, join our tribe of thrill-seekers on planned trips throughout the year, because here at ARB Newcastle, we believe in living the adventure, both on and off the clock!

If you’re passionate about camping, four-wheel driving and helping others experience the joy of adventure, this is your chance to turn your passion into a profession. Work hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm and every second Saturday from 9am to 12pm.

About you:

• Thrive on providing a great customer experience, including after-sales support.
• Willingness to learn and retain product knowledge to help customers make informed decisions.
• Build and manage positive relationships
• Eagle eye for detail
• You’re thorough with quoting and using all the required resource
• Awesome written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• You’re highly organised, can multitask and work well under pressure
• Love working in a team environment

Work experience as a retail sales advisor, sales representative, or similar is a plus, but not essential.
