We’re looking for experienced Project Coordinators / Analysts who are passionate about technology delivery and can demonstrate experience supporting complex projects or programs across planning, coordination, reporting, governance and stakeholder management.

You will work closely with Project Managers, Program Managers, business stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure projects are well organised, risks and dependencies are visible, actions are followed up, and delivery remains on track.

You will bring the following skills and experience to be successful in these roles:

  • Experience working in a Project Coordinator, Project Analyst, PMO Analyst or similar project delivery role.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple activities, deliverables and stakeholders.
  • Supporting Project and Program Managers with planning, scheduling, reporting, governance and delivery coordination.
  • Maintaining strong delivery discipline across timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, actions and deliverables.
  • Developing and maintaining project schedules, action registers, RAID registers and other project documentation.
  • Preparing project status reports, presentations, dashboards and management updates.
  • Coordinating project meetings, workshops and governance forums, including agendas, minutes and action tracking.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with Sponsors, Stakeholders, SMEs, vendors and delivery teams.
  • Communicating clearly, effectively and efficiently with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Supporting project financial management, including budget tracking, forecasting, Capex/Opex and purchase orders.
  • Assisting with project resource planning, onboarding and coordination.
  • Supporting the identification, management and escalation of risks, issues, dependencies and decisions.
  • Ability to analyse information, identify trends and provide clear insights to support project decision making.
  • Experience working across Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid delivery environments.
  • Experience working on IT, digital, transformation, integration, migration, cloud, application, infrastructure or cybersecurity projects is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • emonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a project or program team.
  • Experience using project and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience with RAID, project reporting, project schedules, governance and PMO processes.
  • Ideally, you will have a relevant tertiary qualification and/or project management qualifications such as PRINCE2, CAPM, PMP, AgilePM, Scrum Master or similar.
