🔍We are seeking a talented Senior Web Developer to join our team. As a Senior Web Developer, you will be responsible for developing attractive and functional interfaces that meet business objectives and improve the user experience. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, passionate, creative, and detail-oriented, with a proven track record of building responsive and accessible websites using HTML, CSS, PHP and JavaScript.

As a Senior Web Developer, your core responsibilities would include:

• Build and maintain high-performing websites using WordPress, Shopify, and other CMS platforms
• Develop responsive, accessible front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
• Knowledge of performance optimization, Core Web Vitals, and structured data
• Write clean, scalable code for custom themes and plugins
• Implement technical SEO best practices directly within codebases
• Use Git for version control and follow structured development workflows
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and SEO specialists to meet project goals
• Accurately estimate timelines and manage multiple projects with competing priorities
• Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and quality assurance reviews

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue, or Next.js
• Shopify theme development expertise
• Familiarity with other CMS platforms such as BigCommerce, Maropost or Magento
• Familiarity with “no-code” platforms like Webflow, Squarespace and Wix
• Proficiency with build tools like Webpack, Gulp, or Vite
• A portfolio showcasing marketing-driven or conversion-focused web projects
• Background in agency environments and working with remote, cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be willing to work in AEST timezone
• While this is a remote role, candidates located in the Philippines will be prioritized
• This is a 6-month project only, with the potential for a full-time role based on performance.
