About the Role

Kick off the New Year with a move that gives you real ownership without starting from scratch. You’ll take responsibility for an Aged Care desk with existing relationships and the freedom to grow it further.

Depending on your strengths, you’ll work across permanent and/or contract roles, partnering with aged care providers nationwide to deliver recruitment solutions that support better care outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and grow a permanent and/or contract Aged Care desk.
  • Develop new and existing client relationships within the aged care sector.
  • Identify market gaps and new business opportunities.
  • Source, engage, and retain high-quality candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job brief, shortlisting, interviews, offers, and post-placement follow-up.
  • Provide a professional, high-quality experience for clients and candidates.
  • Build your profile and desk through networking, referrals, and online presence.

About You

You’re a recruiter who enjoys building something and seeing tangible results. You’re commercially minded, relationship-driven, and motivated by growth both financially and professionally.

You’ll bring:

  • Agency recruitment experience, ideally within Aged Care, healthcare, or a related sector.
  • A track record of consistent billing and desk development.
  • Strong business development and relationship management skills.
  • Confident communication and a consultative approach.
  • A genuine interest in the aged care and healthcare space.
