We’re hiring two Recruitment Consultants in Sydney. Step onto a warm desk, get structured support and leadership, and earn from day one.

About the Role

We’re recruiting across two busy desks:

• Psychiatry Recruitment
• Emergency Medicine Recruitment

Both desks have active clients, steady job flow, and engaged locum doctors. You’ll place doctors into locum and contract roles nationwide.

What You’ll Do

• Build relationships: Engage and support a national network of doctors
• Grow the desk: Leverage existing clients and open new doors
• Recruit end-to-end: Own the process from sourcing to placement
• Advise & influence: Be the go-to for clients and candidates
• Drive results: Hit targets in a supportive, performance-driven team

About You

You know recruitment and how to build a thriving desk. You value results and genuine relationships, and you want an environment that rewards your hustle.

You’ll bring:

• Recruitment experience in healthcare/medical (essential)
• A track record of consistent billing and target achievement
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
