This Is More Than a Bricklaying Job

We’re looking for a rare kind of bricklayer — a master tradesman who takes pride in being great at everything they touch.

Sure, you can lay bricks with precision. But you’re also someone who:

Knows how to lead a team, not just follow a scope

Can switch trades when the job calls for it — carpentry, concreting, even plastering

Wants to grow, teach, and be part of a high-performance crew

Feels underpaid or underappreciated working per-brick or bouncing between builders

This isn’t that.

This is a full-time role inside our elite trades team — delivering high-end renovations and extensions, backed by quality tools, clean systems, and a real pathway forward.

What We Offer

$90K Base + Up to $40K Bonus

Team bonus based on:

⭐️ 5-Star Client Reviews

🧱 Independent Quality Inspections

⏱ Projects Delivered On-Time

A structured team with room to grow in role or skill

In-house trades = no chasing subbies, no chaos

High-quality tools, automated scheduling, and clean systems

A stable future — real work, not just jobs

Your Role

Lead bricklaying across detailed extensions and custom renovations

Jump into other trades when needed — carpentry, concreting, rendering

Mentor apprentices and junior bricklayers as part of Odeion’s in-house crew

Work closely with your site supervisor and cross-trade teammates

Help maintain quality, timelines, and team rhythm on every job

Our Culture

At Odeion, we’re building a company where:

Everyone is accountable and supported

We learn across trades, not just job titles

Growth doesn’t mean promotion — it means mastery, precision, and pride

💬 Every 2 months, we host a Vision Event — dinner and drinks with the whole company to share where we’re going, celebrate progress, and stay united as one team.

This is a role for someone who wants to be part of something long-term — a culture where tradespeople are respected, tools are sharp, systems are clean, and excellence is expected.

We’re building more than homes. We’re building a team culture and trade environment that’s second to none — where the work we do together produces something unheard of in the industry.
