The Role – Build Director (Client-Facing)
We’re looking for a rare type of person.
Someone who can walk a client’s home, see its potential, and guide them with confidence and clarity.
In this role, you’ll:
- Lead 2-hour onsite strategy sessions (no cold calling — all booked for you)
- Use live 3D design and pricing tools (we’ll train you) to scope layout and cost in real time
- Speak to buildability, budget, and design with real authority
- Guide the client through the early stages of their renovation journey (Stage 0–2)
- Hand over to our in-house team to bring the vision to life
- Developing business by using your technical mindset
You’ll be backed by:
- A full internal design and construction team
- Systemised workflows, tech platforms, and admin support
- WA’s most forward-thinking renovation business
Who This Is For
