This is not a drafting role.
It’s a client strategy role for someone fluent in residential design and construction — and confident enough to lead the room.
You’ll:
Run 2-hour onsite strategy sessions (all booked for you)Guide clients through layout, feasibility, and design thinkingUse real-time 3D design + pricing tools to sketch and cost as you go (training provided)Lead them into Stage 2 — a premium quantified design experienceStay involved at key points to maintain clarity and trustDeveloping business by providing technical insight You’re backed by:
