Summary:

The Manager – Insights & Impact will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction of our charity by leveraging data and insights to enhance our impact. This position is essential for ensuring that our initiatives are evidence-based and aligned with our mission to support the community. The successful candidate will lead a team dedicated to analysing data, generating reports, and providing actionable recommendations to improve our programmes and outreach efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to measure and enhance the impact of our charity’s initiatives.
• Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to inform decision-making processes.
• Prepare and present reports to stakeholders, highlighting insights and recommendations for programme improvements.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment of insights with organisational goals and objectives.
• Manage and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in data analysis and impact measurement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as social sciences, statistics, or data analysis.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the charity or voluntary sector.
• Proven experience in data analysis and reporting, with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on developing talent.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SPSS, or similar.
