What You Will Do

This is a hands-on role where you will balance operational efficiency, team leadership, and sales performance. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Running the day-to-day operations of the branch and overseeing profitability (including cost control and expense management).
• Managing, scheduling, and supporting your staff, ensuring tasks are allocated effectively and the team stays motivated.
• Delivering outstanding customer service face-to-face and over the phone while building strong client relationships.
• Driving trade sales performance and achieving revenue targets across our trade, retail, and insurance client base.
• Managing stock control, ordering processes, and ensuring accurate administrative and paperwork systems.
• Jumping in to help out with basic in-shop auto glass fitting and repairs when things get busy.
• S Ensuring compliance with Workplace Health & Safety (OH&S) standards for everyone on site.

What You Need to Succeed

You do not need to be an auto glass expert or a seasoned Branch Manager to apply. We are looking for a reliable, hard worker with a great attitude who is ready to lead.

• Leadership Experience – You have previous experience managing or leading staff (Team Leaders, Supervisors, and 2ICs are highly encouraged to apply).
• Industry Background – Experience in a trade, retail, automotive workshop, or service-based industry is highly regarded.
• The Right Attitude – A genuine customer-first mindset, professional presentation, and a proactive, hands-on approach. You are happy to roll up your sleeves and help the team.
• Strong Capabilities – Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure while managing competing priorities.
• The Basics: Competency in basic computer systems for invoicing/admin, and a current driver’s licence.
