The Opportunity

For an established Procurement Manager, you will execute sourcing strategies, develop robust supplier partnerships, and ensure quality and continuity of supply for our manufacturing operations.

How you will strengthen the team

• Develop and grow strategic supplier partnerships
• Lead negotiations to secure best outcomes for the company
• Analyse market trends and identify opportunities for improvement and savings
• Mitigate supply chain risk through diversification and second source strategies
• Collaborate within the company to understand sourcing needs
• Support with new product introduction and enterprise resource planning activities

Why you’re a great match

• Bachelor’s in supply chain management, science, engineering, or equivalent
• 7+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management within industrial/manufacturing
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical and proven negotiation experience
• Collaborative and able to manage complex international sourcing environments
• Capacity to develop and manage supplier KPIs, audits and performance programs
• Knowledge of market trends and cost-saving opportunities
