Food & Beverage Supervisor

Located just minutes from Parramatta CBD, our hotel caters to a diverse mix of business and leisure guests. We’re looking for a hands-on leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, supporting team development and ensuring smooth daily operations across our Food & Beverage outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily Food & Beverage operations, ensuring efficient, friendly and professional service.
• Lead, motivate and support team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee restaurant, bar and conference and events service as required.
• Maintain high standards of service, presentation, cleanliness and hygiene.
• Assist with stock control, guest billing and operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), food safety and workplace health and safety requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably within a hotel or restaurant environment.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is highly regarded.
• A current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• A positive attitude and genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
