We are seeking a reliable and motivated Assembly Line Team Member to support the day-to-day operations of our production floor and assist in delivering high-quality lighting products.

Lighting or electrical assembly experience is highly regarded but not essential. More importantly, we are looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude, strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

This position will commence on a full-time permanent basis, with the opportunity to progress into permanent full-time employment for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete extrusion, fabrication, wiring and final lighting product assembly.
• Support daily production schedules and priorities to ensure targets, sales orders and project deadlines are met.
• Assemble and check products against bills of materials (BOMs), drawings and work instructions.
• Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy and workmanship.
• Use materials, inventory and offcuts efficiently to minimise waste and production delays.
• Identify production issues, bottlenecks or opportunities for improvement and report them to the Production Manager.
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
• Work closely with the Warehouse and Logistics teams to support the efficient movement of materials and finished products.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe production area.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, production or a similar hands-on environment.
• Lighting, electrical wiring or fabrication experience, although this is not essential.
• The ability to read and follow drawings, product specifications and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• The ability to manage priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A reliable, proactive and safety-focused approach.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the business.
