About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a clinical leader who understands complex rehabilitation equipment and is ready to take ownership of a national portfolio.

You’ll lead strategy, drive business growth, and build strong relationships with therapists, dealers, funding bodies and industry partners across Australia. At the same time, you’ll provide clinical leadership to ensure we’re delivering the very best outcomes for our customers.

This is a role for someone who enjoys thinking strategically, leading people, and making a genuine difference through innovative rehabilitation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading and growing Novis’ national Complex Rehabilitation division.
• Developing and implementing national business strategies to achieve sales and growth targets.
• Identifying new market opportunities and driving business development initiatives.
• Building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, funding bodies, manufacturers, suppliers and industry partners.
• Providing clinical leadership and guidance across complex rehabilitation equipment.
• Developing education and training programs for internal teams.
• Supporting and mentoring a high-performing team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Representing Novis at industry events, conferences and professional forums.
• Overseeing sales performance, forecasting, CRM reporting and operational outcomes.
• Ensuring compliance with NDIS, aged care and relevant funding requirements.

About You

• Min. 3 year’s experience within complex rehabilitation, assistive technology, mobility, seating or a related healthcare field.
• Proven leadership experience within healthcare, medical equipment or rehabilitation services.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Confidence presenting, educating and engaging with both clinical and commercial audiences.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills.
• Highly organised with superior attention to detail. 
• A genuine passion for improving outcomes for people living with disability or complex care needs

Requirements

• Full, valid Australian Drivers Licence with a clean record
• Fully vaccinated against Covid and Flu.
• Willingness to obtain (or already hold): National Police Check, Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
