- contribute to the ongoing development of culturally responsive Throughcare practice.
About you
You are a compassionate, motivated and culturally responsive professional who understands the complexities experienced by people involved in the criminal justice system. You can build trusting relationships, navigate challenging situations and support people to work towards positive change.
You will bring:

- The ability to work respectfully and effectively with Aboriginal people, families, kin, communities and key stakeholders.
- Experience addressing the needs and risks of justice-involved Aboriginal people and their families and communities.

- A commitment to reflective practice and working safely with vulnerable people.
- A current Northern Territory driver’s licence.
- The ability to obtain a Working with Children Clearance (Ochre Card) upon commencement.
- The ability to satisfy the required criminal history checks and eligibility requirements.
You will ideally hold a Diploma in Community Services, Social Work, Psychology or a related discipline, or bring substantial relevant industry experience together with strong cultural knowledge and capability.
