Description

Join a growing medical imaging group and help build the team behind exceptional patient care.

We’re growing — and we’re looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us find the people who will shape the future of our medical imaging group.

About Us

We are a well-established, respected radiology group proudly serving the Sunshine Coast and hinterland communities with high-quality imaging and patient-focused care. We have practices in Noosa, Gympie, Cooroy, Coolum, and new one opening in Nambour in January 2027.  We are committed to providing an environment that fosters learning, growth, and professional development.

About the role

This is more than a recruitment role — you’ll be a trusted partner to our leaders, helping us attract, engage and secure exceptional talent as our medical imaging group continues to grow.

This is a brand-new role, created to support our growing organisation and shape how we attract and recruit great people.  Based remotely from home, you’ll support our Sunshine Coast practices, with occasional travel to our sites as required. This is a permanent position, with the flexibility to work full-time or part-time.

You’ll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across the group, sourcing and securing talented clinical and technical professionals, including Radiologists and medical imaging staff. You will build strong and genuine talent pipelines, deliver a seamless and professional candidate experience, and ensure we’re connecting the right people with the right opportunities.

You’ll also have the opportunity to play a key role in exciting growth initiatives, including the upcoming opening of our new Nambour Radiology clinic.

If you’re someone who enjoys building relationships, finding great talent and making a real impact in a growing organisation, this could be the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical roles across the group, including radiologists, sonographers, radiographers and nuclear medicine technicians, coordinating job advertising, candidate screening, interviews, reference checks and offer management.
  • Proactively source candidates through creative and proactive talent attraction
  • Build strong candidate pipelines for both immediate and future opportunities
  • Source and coordinate both permanent and locum talent to meet the organisation’s evolving workforce needs.
  • Deliver a positive, timely candidate and hiring manager experience, and support the group’s employer brand.
  • Use recruitment data and market insights to continually improve our approach
  • Help shape recruitment processes as the organisation continues to grow

About you

You’re a confident, relationship-driven recruiter who knows how to find great people — including the ones who aren’t actively looking.

You’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or end-to-end recruitment
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • A proactive, organised and commercially minded approach
  • The ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities without losing attention to detail
  • A genuine passion for connecting the right people with the right opportunities

  • Attractive and competitive remuneration package with flexible work options.
  • 4 weeks annual leave.
  • Annual salary review.
  • Birthday leave – have the day off paid on your birthday.
  • Work from home flexibility
  • The chance to shape a brand-new role as our organisation grows.
