As our Queensland operations continue to grow, we are inviting expressions of interest for two Customer Service Representative opportunities across South East Queensland, Greater Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.

Your Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting the day-to-day operations of our branches.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting customers over the phone, through digital channels and face-to-face.
• Processing customer transactions and orders accurately using our ERP system.
• Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products and solutions.
• Preparing accurate quotations, managing orders and following up on customer enquiries.
• Building strong, long-term relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Working collaboratively with sales, warehouse and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Supporting the training and mentoring of new team members and sharing your knowledge with the wider team.

About You

You are a friendly, proactive and customer-focused individual who takes pride in delivering outstanding service.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales support or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confidence using computer systems and learning new technology.
• A practical, solutions-focused approach and a willingness to learn.
• The ability to work effectively within a team while taking ownership of your responsibilities.

Experience in building supplies, metal roofing, construction or a related industry will be highly regarded.

Availability to work Monday to Friday, with rotating Saturday mornings from 7:30 am to 12:00 pm, is essential. Weekday working hours may be negotiable for the right candidate.

Location flexibility: We are recruiting for two positions across South East Queensland, Greater Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. Final placement will be discussed with successful candidates based on their experience, location and business requirements.
