Lead the heartbeat of Neptune’s 24/7 operational success.
At Neptune Holding Group, our mission is clear: Protecting Australian communities with veterans leading the way. In just seven years, we’ve grown from a single-unit force into a nationally expanding group of businesses across Darwin, rural and remote Australia, and now interstate.
We’re now launching our most ambitious operational initiative yet: a 24/7 Operational Hub that underpins every contract, every roster, and every frontline moment of impact.
This is more than just a scheduling role – it’s a critical hire that will define the success of the Hub, and by extension, Neptune’s reputation for unmatched delivery and client care. As the NHG Scheduler, you will be the central nervous system of our entire workforce, ensuring every site, client, and team member is supported and aligned.
About You
You’re the kind of person who thrives on structure – but knows how to dance with chaos. You’re bubbly, energetic, and outgoing, bringing a vibe that lifts the room (and the roster). Your growth mindset is contagious, and you’re obsessed with continuous improvement – in systems, in people, and yourself.
You don’t just fill shifts – you build relationships. You bring EQ, accountability, and a best-in-class standard to everything you touch.
You care deeply about the people on the ground. You treat every last-minute call-in like an opportunity to lead. You’re solutions-focused, resilient, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly and accuracy matters.
