The Opportunity

We’re seeking a proactive and experienced Property Manager to join our Asset Management team. You’ll be the key contact for a portfolio of retail properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant. If you’re passionate about retail property, love building strong tenant relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced environment — we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage a diverse national portfolio of retail properties
• Lease administration, renewals, and tenant vacates
• Conduct inspections and coordinate maintenance
• Prepare and reconcile budgets and outgoings
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Maintain accurate records in Cirrus8 and SharePoint

What we’re looking for

• Experience in property or asset management
• Strong knowledge of the Retail Leases Act 2003 or or equivalent legislation in other Australian states and territories
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Cirrus8
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• High attention to detail and a proactive, self-motivated approach
• A passion for property and delivering exceptional service
• Current Australian real estate licence required
