We are looking for a proactive, organised and customer-focused Sales Administrator to join our WA team in Wangara.

This is a varied and fast-paced role where you’ll be at the centre of our customer order process, working closely with Sales, Warehouse, Supply Chain, Service teams and suppliers to keep orders moving and customers informed.

About the Role

Reporting to the Sales Administrator Team Leader, you’ll coordinate customer orders from receipt through to fulfilment, delivery and invoicing.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing customer sales, service and project orders accurately using JDE.
  • Coordinating orders from entry through to fulfilment, dispatch and invoicing.
  • Keeping customers informed of order status, supply requirements and delivery dates.
  • Monitoring stock availability and coordinating supply requirements to support customer commitments.
  • Raising and following up purchase orders with local, interstate and international suppliers.
  • Working closely with Sales, Warehouse, Supply Chain and Service teams to keep orders moving.
  • Preparing work orders, pick slips, delivery documentation and invoices.
  • Identifying potential delays and proactively working with the relevant teams to resolve issues.
  • Maintaining accurate ERP records and supporting continuous improvement across our processes.

About You

You’re an organised and proactive administrator who enjoys a busy environment and takes pride in getting things right.

You will ideally have:

  • Experience in Sales Administration, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Order Management or a similar role.
  • Experience in manufacturing, mining, industrial or engineering environments is highly regarded.
  • Strong communication, organisational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as JDE, SAP, Pronto, Oracle or similar.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Teams, Excel and Outlook.
  • A customer-focused, positive and solutions-oriented approach.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively with multiple teams.
