About the Role 

You will work directly with an NDIS participant who requires support that enhances their independence, wellbeing and quality of life in their own home. This is a consistent, ongoing placement with a mix of day, overnight and night shifts available across the week, so there’s flexibility to find the pattern that suits you.

Key Responsibilities

• Domestic support (light cleaning, laundry, meal preparation)
• Community access and transport to appointments or activities
• Social and emotional support
• Assisting with daily routines and goal-based activities
• Following care plans and working collaboratively with families and allied health professionals

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in disability, aged care or community support (preferred)
• Comfortable around dogs, as the participant has a much-loved pet
• Compassionate, dependable and professional approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with medication administration
• Commitment to promoting client dignity and independence

Essential Requirements:

• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• First Aid & CPR Certification (current)
• Valid NSW Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• Australian working rights
