About the role

We are on the lookout for a skilled and passionate pizza chef to join our award-winning and fast-paced Montalto team in Red Hill.

To be successful in this role we require:

• Ability to stretch pizzas with precision and speed

• Experience using a Marana rotating gas oven

• Ability to handle high volume service, especially during summer months

• Organised, well presented, professional, with a keen eye for detail.

• Understanding of food safety standards.

• Available to work weekdays and weekends
