We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our mining Land & Rehabilitation project. This hands-on leadership role will involve coordinating bulk earthworks, landform rehabilitation and site activities while ensuring safety, productivity and environmental compliance. Working closely with the Site Superintendent, you will lead a skilled team of operators to deliver project targets safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily land rehabilitation and bulk earthworks operations.
• Oversee landform reshaping, drainage, earthmoving and rehabilitation activities.
• Ensure compliance with site safety, environmental and operational standards.
• Coordinate operators, equipment and resources to meet project schedules.
• Monitor equipment utilisation, productivity and operational performance.
• Lead and support site operators to maintain a safe and productive workplace.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges to minimise downtime.
• Conduct pre-start meetings, safety inspections and operational reporting.
• Work closely with site management to achieve project targets and client expectations.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be a hands-on leader with a strong background in mining, civil earthworks or land rehabilitation operations.

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Leading Hand in mining or civil operations.
• Experience in mine rehabilitation, bulk earthworks or land management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead operators and coordinate daily site activities.
• Strong knowledge of mining safety and environmental compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage workloads, schedules and operational priorities.
• Current Standard 11 and relevant mining competencies.
