Mineco is a leading national civil and mining services company operating across the East Coast of Australia. We deliver comprehensive solutions to Tier 1 clients, including bulk dozer push, coal quality and recovery, mobile crushing, civil works, and rehabilitation services. Operating from our Head Office in Beresfield, a fully equipped Muswellbrook workshop, and a Queensland operations office, we support major sites across NSW and QLD.

We are currently looking to bring onboard an Apprentice Heavy Fabrication Boilermaker for 2027. This is an exciting opportunity to start your maintenance career within the mining industry by working on large-scale mining equipment.

About the Role:

• Kick Start your maintenance career and learn from experienced Boilermakers while completing your Cert III in Heavy Fabrication – Boilermaking
• Gain hands-on experience working on Mineco’s fleet of large-scale mining and earthmoving equipment
• Exposure to a variety of OEM’s such as Liebherr, CAT & Hitachi
• Develop real-world heavy fabrication skills in our Muswellbrook workshop

The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:

• Genuine interest and passion for the trade not just in the workshop but in your own time
• Reliable, hardworking and willing to get involved
• Not afraid to ask questions
