Residential Property Manager
Century 21 Advance Realty is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our award-winning Bunbury team.
This is more than another Property Management position. We have put systems and support in place to help our Property Managers manage their portfolios effectively, minimise stress and deliver outstanding results.
Key responsibilities:
- End-to-end residential property management
- Manage an established portfolio of approximately 100-120 properties
- Routine & Outgoing Inspections and reporting
- Maintenance coordination
- Tenant, Landlord & Contractor communications
- Arrears, renewals & compliance

What we’re looking for:
- WA Property Management Registration
- Ideally 2+ years’ Property Management experience
- Sound knowledge of the WA Residential Tenancies Act
- Excellent communication, conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills
- Strong organisation, time management and computer literacy with the ability to take ownership of your portfolio!
- Professional, positive and team orientated
- Current unrestricted driver’s licence
