To make this happen, we want to add a new member to our PM team!
So let’s talk turkey:
- The position is permanent full time.
- We have 3 other property managers of various ages, experiences and strengths
- You will have just over 100 properties each, with the least experienced PM having the least
- You will have a Floating PM to do PCR’s, help with routine inspections
- You will have the use of the leasing agent
- You will share a VA that holds goddess like status, to do loads of the admin for the entire team
- We have a BDM and we will onboard another PM when the time is right
- You will use Property Me software – to make property management record keeping a breeze
- You will use Inspect Real Estate – to make viewings and applications simplistic and dashboard based
- You will use Keywhere key management to ensure everything is tagged, digital, including reminders.
- You will use Inspection Express for paperless PCR’s
- You will use C21 Esales CRM for marketing property
- Corelogic for accurate research data
What you need to bring to the position:
- Preferably a Cert 4 in Property Management or a full Real Estate license with current registration with DMIRS
- Conflict resolution skills that give you the ability to listen, be tactful, but be firm.
- The ability to solve problems that result in a win- win situation
- A high level of time management efficiency
- A high level of written and computer literacy.
- You must hold a valid drivers license
